Our law firm was founded on September 28, 1950 by Dr. Antonio José Ribecco Martins, graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo.
In 1992, S. Cristina Castelo joined the law firm and later became a partner.
After many years of service to the firm, S. Cristina Castelo succeeded Dr. Ribecco Martins as senior partner in 2006.
Marcelo Ferraresi graduated in law and joined the law firm in 2012, becoming the partner responsible for the Intellectual Property Law department.
That same year, the firm underwent a profound transformation, which included the creation of new internal departments, the hiring of additional staff, and a rebranding to FCA – Ferraresi Castelo Advogados (FCA Attorneys at Law).
Today, with decades of experience and located in São Paulo, Brazil’s most important business hub, the firm is recognized for providing consolidated legal services and strategic consulting.
